The technician (I think he name was Cameron) was friendly and efficient. Good knowledge of the system (Trane). I have had other companies service this unit and they had no clue what they were doing and cost me unnecessary expenses. There was no push to up-sale and he answered all the questions I had regarding my systems operation. Nathan, our service Technician and his assistant arrived on time and got right to work in an order to carryout the annual service of our heat pump and furnace. They were courteous, efficient and attentive. During the service they did find a part that had failed in the furnace. I was worried that the part would have to be ordered requiring another visit. He checked the inventory in his truck and as it turned out he had the necessary part. It was quickly installed and they were on their way to the next job. My wife and I were happy. As the saying goes “no fuss, no muss”.
